About the Role

Picture yourself managing a business with full operational, P&L, and management responsibilities, backed by the resources of a nationwide organization. This role is designed for individuals ready to lead a local propane business, covering safety, profit and loss management, product distribution, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.

No prior propane experience is required. Your journey begins with our Professional Development Program, a comprehensive training initiative designed to equip you with all the leadership skills needed for success. This program includes self-study modules, on-the-job shadowing, mentorship, and continuing education to ensure you are fully prepared to manage a local business.

Location and Relocation

This position requires flexibility to relocate to one of our locations in the Vermont area. Relocation assistance will be provided to support your move.
