The Manager, HR Technology Services supports HR operations while leading and supporting HR technology initiatives and strategic projects. This role focuses on data governance, integrations with related campus systems, HR technology releases, audit response and mitigations, reporting, HR application security, and other strategic priorities as they arise.
In this position, you will partner heavily with HR Technology leadership, collaborating extensively on support and maintenance issues, policy and procedure governance, and the resolution of issues raised by stakeholders inside and outside the Office of Human Resources. On selected initiatives, you will provide project management and oversight of cross-functional teams, facilitate the definition of requirements and scope, enable issue resolution, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
You will also support and facilitate discussions with niche collaborator groups, including Institutional Research and users of Workday's faculty administration features, ensuring that technology solutions align with the broader HR technology strategy and governance standards.
