About the Role
The Manager, HR PMO serves as a strategic leader responsible for delivering complex, high-impact HR projects that directly enable business strategy and enhance the associate experience. This role goes beyond simple project execution; it is about strengthening and evolving the HR Project Management function itself. You will advance standards, build team capability, and drive consistency to ensure meaningful outcomes.
In this position, you will oversee a team of HR Project Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and strategic thinking. You will act as a trusted partner to HR leaders and business stakeholders, providing thought partnership to shape initiatives and translate business needs into structured, actionable solutions. Your day-to-day involves establishing robust governance practices, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring that work is executed with clarity, rigor, and alignment across the organization.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree required
- verified3 years of experience in Project Management, HR or a related role
- verifiedPMP or other program management certification a plus
Nice to Have
Concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or Change Management. Previous experience leading others. PMP or other program management certification. Experience working within an HR function or on HR transformation initiatives. Familiarity with change management principles. Experience operating in a matrixed, global, or highly distributed environment.
