The Manager, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) is a key member of the site leadership team at our Florence Compounding facility in Florence, Kentucky. This role exists to build and implement the systems and conditions necessary for success, where people are empowered to make safe decisions, risks are clearly understood, and learning is continuously applied.
You will integrate environmental, health, and safety excellence into the daily way work is performed, supporting both compliance and operational performance through a Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) mindset. Your focus will be on fostering a culture where safety is a core value and learning is prioritized over blame. By enabling open reporting and psychological safety, you will help leaders and teams understand how work is actually performed and where risk exists. This position requires active participation in site leadership decisions, ensuring an EHS lens influences all operational choices.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to work on-site at the Florence, Kentucky location. The interview process will assess your ability to influence and lead without relying solely on authority, your systems thinking, and your commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
