As a Manager, you will be pivotal in leading our diverse programs and fostering a culture of excellence. This role is designed for a leader who possesses a deep understanding of nonprofit operational management and a passionate commitment to our cause. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our services remain aligned with both organizational goals and the evolving needs of our clients.
In this position, you will manage a passionate team of coordinators and support staff, providing the training, evaluation, and guidance necessary for them to thrive. Your day-to-day will involve developing and implementing strategic program initiatives, managing budgets to ensure sustainability, and engaging with community stakeholders to expand our outreach. You will also be responsible for monitoring program outcomes and reporting to senior management and external partners, ensuring full compliance with all governmental and funding requirements.
