The Manager, Digital Insights leads the strategy, development, and activation of digital analytics and insights across the eCommerce business. Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce for the AMER Region, this role serves as a thought partner to the broader eCommerce team. You will own the end-to-end insights ecosystem, translating data into clear, actionable direction that drives performance across the full customer funnel.
This position is a hybrid role, working 3 days/week in our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. You will translate reporting to proactively shape strategy, identify growth opportunities, and influence decision-making. Your day-to-day involves building scalable analytics capabilities, advancing forecasting accuracy, and championing a data-driven culture that improves conversion, engagement, and long-term business outcomes.
Hiring Range: $95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually.
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
