At Warner Music Group, we're a global collective of music makers, tech innovators, and passionate team members. We turn dreams into stardom and audiences into fans. Guided by our core values of Curiosity, Collaboration, and Commitment, we pursue excellence for our team and talent while acting with integrity. WMG is home to a wide range of artists and labels, offering an innovative global environment that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent.
The Creative Department at Atlantic Music Group operates as a full-service, agency-like team within the label, uniquely dedicated to building and sustaining artist careers at the intersection of art, video, branding, music, digital innovation, and technology. Unlike traditional label divisions, we act as true creative partners to our artists, ensuring every visual and creative touchpoint reflects and amplifies their individual voice.
Our work spans every dimension of an artist's career, from music videos and touring visuals to merchandise and digital campaigns. At the core of our structure is the Creative Lead model, where each artist is paired with a dedicated Lead who serves as their primary partner. This approach allows us to function as a forward-thinking creative agency, combining innovation with a deep understanding of artistry to foster long-term growth and deliver culturally impactful campaigns.
As the Manager, Creative, you will be the visionary leader of the creative process, owning the full spectrum of visual and brand expression for a recording artist. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ideas will shape the artist's identity and presence across every platform. You will serve as the bridge between the artist and the broader label, translating concepts into daily content and managing projects from shoot to final delivery.
In this position, you will not only manage high-level relationships and negotiations but also provide critical oversight on set to ensure creative integrity and solve production challenges in real time. You will drive the conceptualization of all visual language, ensuring that every campaign and asset is cohesive, intentional, and true to the artist's vision.
