About the Role

We invite an experienced and strategic Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our team. This pivotal role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and make a tangible impact on the financial management and strategic direction of our Corporate FP&A team. You will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, optimizing operations, and driving fiscal responsibility within one of the most dynamic sectors of the entertainment industry.

In this fast-paced environment, you will constantly strive to improve processes, roll up your sleeves to tackle any task, and build partnerships with business partners both within and outside of finance. The ability to self-motivate, communicate complex information effectively, and rapidly adapt is crucial. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, reporting directly to the SVP of FP&A, to drive financial performance and support key decision-making initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis for corporate overhead and SG&A
  • check_circleLead consolidation of monthly P&L across 7 corporate divisions and 5 strategic investment companies
  • check_circleManage back-office systems in SAP Analytics Cloud including forecasting, version control, and troubleshooting
  • check_circlePartner with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate recording of corporate accruals and amortizations
  • check_circleAssist in production audits, corporate audits, and SOX compliance for the division
  • check_circleEvaluate and implement systems solutions to streamline corporate FP&A processes and controls
  • check_circleOwn and manage Travel & Entertainment policy and by-department budgets while tracking costs
  • check_circleCommunicate budgets and financial expectations to business leaders to ensure performance measurement

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
