About the Role
Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, this role serves as a trusted business partner for designated functions, assessing business needs and resolving risks and opportunities promptly. You will perform moderately complex research and analysis to present insights and recommendations to management, driving financial excellence across the organization.
You will collaborate across multiple departments to support business partnering, analytics, annual operating plan and strategic planning, monthly forecasting, metrics and scorecard development, and period close activities. Your day-to-day involves identifying and investigating issues related to assigned projects, delivering comprehensive financial analysis and modeling for product development and pricing, and leading project work across financial disciplines including FP&A and manufacturing investments. This is an onsite role requiring five days a week in the office.
