To qualify for the Manager, Central Plant at Memorial Hermann Health System position, applicants should have: Associate degree in a technical trade, business, or related field preferred; Five (5) years of related experience required; One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred; Certification and/or evidence of continuing education through Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) preferred; American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) or other recognized trade craft qualification preferred; and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
