A key differentiator is their ability to rescue PLM projects that often fail due to poor change management rather than technical flaws. Their digital threads are designed to meet strict compliance requirements for the Department of Defense, FDA, and AS9100 standards. By managing organizational alignment and translating tribal knowledge, Element Consulting helps clients ensure their product intellectual property connects effectively across the enterprise, maximizing return on investment for complex manufacturing environments.
