Under the supervision of the System Director of Care Management, the Manager of Care Management supports all daily operations of the department at Women & Infants Hospital (WIH). This role provides leadership assistance and support to maintain the department's focus on reaching established goals. The position requires the ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity while working independently and within a team structure.
