In this position, you will lead the Photo/CMP/Wet Process - Area Manufacturing Engineering team. Your primary mission is to mitigate capacity risks and support operational commitments while guiding and developing a high-performing team. You will identify and handle systemic issues that support business plan tactics, promote a safety culture, and implement improvements to ensure development stays on schedule with program timelines and deliverables.

Experience as an Industrial Engineering or Capacity management manufacturing leader. Photo, CMP and Wet Process capacity management. Demonstrated skill in mentoring and coaching team members. Proven capability diagnosing issues and resolving underlying causes, communicating and presenting clearly, with solid collaboration and group-building abilities. Experience in defining and implementing training and development initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain or related fields required.
