The Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at the David Eccles School of Business is dedicated to cultivating future leaders within the healthcare ecosystem. Our mission is to enhance the student experience and strengthen connections between our graduates, employers, and the broader community. We seek a collaborative professional to serve as the Manager and Career Coach, acting as the primary driver for career advancement and coaching efforts within the program.

To qualify for the Manager & Career Coach, MHA at University of Utah Student Investment Fund position, applicants should have: Bachelor's degree + 6 years directly related work experience OR Master's degree + 4 years directly related work experience; Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 7-10+ years of professional experience in healthcare leadership, talent development, or career strategy; Experience coaching or advising graduate students or professionals on career advancement; Strong understanding of the healthcare labor market and industry trends; and Ability to design and deliver workshops, networking events, and professional development programming.
