Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all. In an industry that becomes more complex by the day, we stand for simplicity. We offer IT solutions and expert services that eliminate the daily hurdles preventing healthcare providers from focusing entirely on their patients.
The FP&A team partners across the business to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational performance. They own forecasting and budgeting, produce executive-level reporting and scenario analysis for the CEO/CFO, and translate company priorities into measurable financial plans and KPIs. This role sits within this team, reporting to the Director of Actuarial Analytics.
As the Manager of Actuarial Analytics, you will develop and apply advanced actuarial models to forecast healthcare utilization, assess emerging trends, and support revenue projections. You will partner with the FP&A team to deliver actionable insights to leadership, ensuring financial planning is informed by strong actuarial rigor. Your work will involve analyzing historical and emerging trends in healthcare delivery, quantifying drivers of variance, and evaluating the impact of legislative and market changes on revenue. You will collaborate with market leadership, clinical operations, IT, and finance teams to align analytics with business needs, presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
