The team collaborates closely with Underwriting, Operations, and other business areas to ensure financial integrity and efficiency.

About the Role

The Accounts Payable Manager serves as a pivotal leader, supervising a team of four Accounts Payable Analysts. This role exists to ensure that all technical payments (such as claims, reinsurance, and return premiums) and non-technical payments (including administrative and staff expenses) are processed promptly, accurately, and in strict accordance with the weekly work schedule.

In this position, you will not only manage the day-to-day workflow and prioritize tasks but also act as the primary point of contact for business questions and concerns. You will work hands-on with specific payment processes while partnering with senior Finance members to refine workflows, strengthen internal controls, and document more efficient operating models. A key part of the role involves continuously reviewing end-to-end processes for all payment types to drive recommendations that enhance centralized procedures and mitigate risk through improved KPIs.
