About the Role
The Management Training Program is designed to prepare you to run your own multi-million-dollar location upon completion. This is not a traditional entry-level role; it is a comprehensive, on-the-job training journey lasting 2-3 years. You will rotate through critical segments of the business, including warehouse operations, counter sales, accounts payable and receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development.
Throughout the program, you will attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales strategies, and management techniques. While the training is heavily practical, it is supported by online coursework related to electrical systems and business management. No prior industry experience is necessary; we provide the tools and mentorship needed for you to succeed.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. You will be expected to work in varying conditions, ranging from warehouse and office environments to external sites, and may face physical demands such as lifting or standing, as well as travel requirements.
