About the Role
This temporary, six-month contract role is designed to support the California Family Compliance Court (CFCC) during a critical leadership transition. As a Management Consultant, you will partner directly with the new Director and Deputy Director to shape the division's future. Your primary mission is to help articulate division-wide priorities, ensuring that programs, units, and staff remain aligned with emerging leadership direction and organizational goals.
In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic partner, analyzing existing structures and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. You will facilitate cross-unit integration, develop planning tools, and provide recommendations on organizational structure to ensure stability. The role requires a keen ability to support change-management efforts, helping staff adjust to new expectations while maintaining the continuity of critical operations.
Hiring Process
