The Senior Director of Grants & Government Partnerships is a key organizational leader responsible for guiding and strengthening Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue's growing portfolio of government and institutional funding. This role ensures that public and grant‑funded resources are stewarded with care, integrity, and measurable impact, supporting life‑changing programs for children and teens across our community.
In this position, you will lead grant compliance, reporting, and cross‑department coordination with a focus on partnership, clarity, and operational excellence. Working closely with Program, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership, you will ensure that grant‑funded work is well supported, well documented, and aligned with organizational priorities. You will also supervise the grants team and help shape the future growth of the grants and compliance function as the organization expands.
This position is on‑site in Bellevue, WA, working Monday–Friday. The Senior Director will spend the majority of their time in an office setting, with occasional visits to Club sites or meetings with municipal partners. The role requires consistent in‑person collaboration to support accurate reporting, compliance oversight, and cross‑team coordination.
