About the Role

The Make Ready Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that vacant rental units are transformed into move-in ready homes for new tenants. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to maintaining properties to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Lead Maintenance or Property Manager to inspect units, execute necessary repairs and deep cleaning, and verify that every space meets our rigorous readiness criteria before a new resident arrives.
