About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II-Pressure Washer plays a vital role in ensuring the property remains a safe, visually appealing, and guest-ready environment. This position goes beyond simple cleaning; it combines pressure washing expertise with preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and landscaping support to uphold the highest standards of the property.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with property and villa inspections to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. You will be responsible for pressure washing exterior common areas, sidewalks, villas, and public buildings, as well as cleaning roofs and gutters. To access elevated areas safely, you will operate heavy machinery such as high-reach lifts, telescopic lifts, and scissor lifts.
Beyond cleaning, you will perform essential preventative maintenance, including painting, caulking, patching, and sealing walls and ceilings, while maintaining lighting systems throughout the buildings. You will also conduct general villa inspections to resolve basic maintenance issues, checking plumbing systems and verifying that HVAC units are operating efficiently.
The role requires versatility, as you will assist with landscape maintenance, operate forklifts and front loaders to transport materials, and trim vegetation to maintain roofline clearance. You will document all completed work and manage assignments using the Nuvola Ticket Management System.
Working Conditions
This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and may require entering small, confined, or poorly lit spaces. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift 45 lbs, and flexibility to work shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
