We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our apartment community in Johnston, RI. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep of our properties and delivering exceptional customer service to residents. You will be the face of maintenance for our community, handling everything from routine service requests to emergency repairs.
Your day-to-day will involve maintaining property grounds, preparing apartments for new residents through punching and painting, and managing snow removal. As a key member of the team, you will also handle on-call maintenance emergencies and special assigned property projects, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and well-maintained living environment.
