About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at a high-volume pharmacy automation facility. This is a dynamic, multi-discipline maintenance role where you'll keep automated dispensing, labeling, and robotics equipment running at peak performance.

In this position, you will not only maintain equipment but also drive continuous improvement on the production floor. You will be expected to understand and promote McKesson's I2CARE principles: Integrity, Inclusion, Customer-First, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Success in this role requires communicating effectively at all levels within the organization, from interfacing with customers and suppliers to collaborating with the McKesson network.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 6:30 am.
