We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to lead and manage our Test Equipment (TE) Modernization effort for Tomahawk. This role is designed to oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful development, integration, and testing of complex systems in a simulated environment. The IPTL will identify and manage risks and opportunities that could impact the execution, performance, or schedule of the IPT scope.
In this position, you will serve as the technical and managerial anchor for a medium-sized team, guiding them through all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development, integration, and delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities effectively. The role demands a strong technical engineering background and the ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment through mentorship and guidance.
This position is classified as Onsite and requires candidates to work primarily at our Tucson, AZ facility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote.
Candidates must possess an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance prior to the start date; U.S. citizenship is required as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Certified or able to obtain the certification within 6 months. Experience with electronics design and/or conducting data analysis. Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers. Knowledge of networking and IP-addressed equipment. Knowledge of or experience with equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, and electronics maintenance. Familiarity with various communication interfaces such as RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, CAN, and 1553. Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE), Agile development methodologies, and HWIL architectures. Experience with advanced signal generation and presentation across RF test environments.
Skills: Java, C, Python, Perl, Matlab, Windows, Linux, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers.
Education: Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
