The Maintenance Technician is the backbone of property operations, responsible for ensuring that the hotel is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees. This role is vital to preserving the guest experience and protecting the asset's value through proactive care and rapid response.
In this position, you will serve as a versatile problem-solver, handling a wide array of technical challenges ranging from complex HVAC systems and plumbing repairs to electrical troubleshooting and cosmetic finishes. You will be the first line of defense in maintaining safety and comfort, ensuring that everything from swimming pools and kitchen equipment to electronic lock systems functions seamlessly.
