Based at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Roswell, the Engineer, Level 1 is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees. This role serves as the operational backbone of the hotel, requiring a proactive approach to facility management and guest satisfaction.
The day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of technical repairs and preventive maintenance across all hotel systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. You will be the first point of contact for resolving facility issues, ensuring that everything from air conditioning systems to swimming pools operates safely and efficiently. Success in this position requires the ability to multitask, prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines, and approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner.
