- check_circleTroubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment
- check_circlePaint designated areas within the property
- check_circleMaintain repair and preventive maintenance records
- check_circleRead blueprints and wiring diagrams to trace and repair water lines
- check_circlePerform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, HVAC, and electrical equipment
- check_circleReplace and program televisions and hotel electronic lock systems
- check_circleTest cooling towers and record operational readings
- check_circlePerform plumbing repairs on drains, pipes, and fixtures
- check_circleTest, clean, and repair swimming pools and spas
- check_circleMake repairs to hotel air conditioning systems including changing filters and cleaning coils
- check_circleRepair furniture, sheet rock, and wall coverings
- check_circleEnsure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verified1+ years experience in hotel or related field
- verifiedTrade school or college coursework in related field

Nice to Have
