About the Role
We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our vision of creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our community. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all building systems function smoothly so our residents can thrive.
Your day will involve performing routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. You will diagnose and repair maintenance issues promptly, handle minor carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, and ensure that both interior and exterior common areas remain safe and clean. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff and manage inventory and reporting.
On-Call Requirement This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. To support this commitment, a $60/month mobile phone allowance is provided.
