Maintenance Technician

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you are the guardian of the hotel's physical environment, responsible for the inspection, repairs, and maintenance of a variety of systems and equipment. This role requires a thorough professional with a practical mind and a keen attention to detail. Whether working independently or as part of a team, your goal is to ensure the buildings and common areas remain in the best possible condition while strictly observing all health and safety guidelines.

This position is part-time and may require flexible scheduling availability to accommodate guest occupancy, seasonal changes, and staffing needs. You will be the first line of defense for safety hazards, from broken railings to fire risks, and will handle a diverse range of tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and flooring repairs. You will also support exterior projects, pool and exercise room maintenance, and emergency response protocols, ensuring the hotel operates smoothly regardless of the weather.
