We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience and background. Specific pay rates and duties will be assigned based on your individual experience. This role is essential for maintaining the curb appeal and operational readiness of our properties.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cleaning grounds to maintain property aesthetics, servicing apartments to address issues for current tenants, and turning vacant units to ensure they are ready for new residents. The role also involves basic pool cleaning and servicing, as well as light HVAC diagnostics. Please note that after-hours on-call availability may be required.
