The Maintenance Technician is the backbone of our community operations, dedicated to preserving the asset and ensuring a high-quality living environment for our residents. Based at LAX 516 The Stuart at Sierra Madre in Pasadena, California, you will work directly under the Community Manager, General Operations Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor to manage the day-to-day physical upkeep of the property.
This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment where adaptability is key. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of routine preventive maintenance, urgent resident requests, and unit turn preparations. You will be the first point of contact for residents facing maintenance issues, requiring you to balance technical problem-solving with professional communication. Whether you are troubleshooting an HVAC system, painting a vacant unit, or ensuring the grounds maintain their curb appeal, your work directly impacts the resident experience and the long-term value of the community.
