The Multi Craft Maintenance Tech II serves as a critical pillar in keeping our equipment and physical plant in optimal repair. This role is designed for a versatile technician who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment, combining hands-on fabrication with complex troubleshooting. You will be the go-to expert for maintaining the integrity of our production assets, ensuring that machines, power tools, and assembly equipment operate at peak efficiency.
In this position, you will move and install heavy machinery, rebuild critical components, and execute repairs across structural, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Your day-to-day involves utilizing blueprints and technical manuals to solve intricate problems, fabricating custom parts to repair fixtures and jigs, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. You will work closely with the team to continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and safely.

Associate Degree in a technical manufacturing field (Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, General Engineering, etc.). Basic computer skills, especially knowledge of MS-Office package. Ability to work any shift including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns. Experience in manufacturing maintenance.
Skills: PLCS, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Robotics, Electro-Mechanical Systems, Motion/motor Control, Three-Phase Power, Ac Variable Frequency Drives, MS-Office, CMMS.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in technical manufacturing field preferred.
