Maintenance Supevisor

About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor for our New Orleans property, you will serve as the operational backbone of our facilities team. Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, your mission is to ensure that every system within the hotel—from refrigeration and HVAC to plumbing and energy controls—functions at peak efficiency. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical maintenance and guest satisfaction, ensuring that our facilities not only meet the highest safety standards but also contribute to a seamless experience for our 20 million+ (or local) guests.

In this position, you will lead the maintenance department with a focus on proactive care and resource management. Your day-to-day involves coordinating complex projects, supervising maintenance associates, and collaborating closely with Housekeeping and Security to maintain smooth operations. You will be the guardian of our inventory and purchasing processes, ensuring supplies are managed efficiently while monitoring energy consumption to drive sustainability. Whether addressing an emergency repair or overseeing the ongoing maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces, your leadership ensures that our physical environment reflects the quality of our service.
