The Maintenance Attendant is a vital part of the Stonebridge team in New Orleans, dedicated to ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment operate smoothly. This role supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for both guests and staff. By assisting with preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep, you help uphold the high standards of the property.
Work Environment
This position involves a dynamic mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, often requiring exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and mechanical equipment. The role demands physical activity, including frequent walking, standing, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. As a non-exempt, full-time team member, you must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential on-call responsibilities to handle emergency situations.

Requirements
