About the Role

The Overnight Maintenance Attendant is a vital part of the Stonebridge team, dedicated to ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment function seamlessly during the quiet hours. This role is designed to support the Chief Engineer in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and operational environment for both guests and staff. By focusing on preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and general upkeep, the Attendant helps uphold the property's standards around the clock.

The position requires a proactive approach to facility management, involving work across both indoor and outdoor environments. Team members will monitor utility consumption, conduct scheduled maintenance checks in guest rooms and public areas, and respond to emergency situations as they arise. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency, requiring adherence to OSHA standards and proper documentation of all maintenance activities.

Work Environment

This position involves a dynamic work environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, vibration, and mechanical equipment. The role requires frequent walking, standing, and the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. As an overnight role, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, with potential on-call responsibilities for emergency situations.
