About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and enhance the functioning of our facilities maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising our maintenance team, optimizing maintenance procedures, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning at peak efficiency. You will plan, schedule, and oversee regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime, while collaborating with other departments to coordinate activities with minimal impact on production.
Your day will involve managing and training maintenance personnel, providing guidance to enhance skills and ensure high performance. You will develop and implement maintenance procedures and systems that increase efficiency and reduce costs, while monitoring inventory levels and preparing detailed records and reports on maintenance activities and expenses. A key part of your mission is to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
