About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and enhance the functioning of our facilities maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising our maintenance team, optimizing maintenance procedures, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning at peak efficiency.
You will oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Your day-to-day will involve planning and scheduling regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime, while managing and training maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and ensure high performance. You will also develop and implement maintenance procedures and systems that increase efficiency and reduce costs, collaborating with other departments to coordinate activities while minimizing impact on production.
