About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and enhance the functioning of our facilities maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising our maintenance team, optimizing maintenance procedures, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning at peak efficiency. You will plan, schedule, and oversee regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime, while developing and implementing systems that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Your day will involve collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities while minimizing impact on production. You will also manage and train maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance skills and ensure high performance. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, place necessary orders, and prepare records and reports on maintenance activities and expenses.
