About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and enhance the functioning of our facilities maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising our maintenance team, optimizing maintenance procedures, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning at peak efficiency. You will plan and oversee regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime, while developing and implementing systems that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with other departments to coordinate activities, managing inventory levels, and preparing detailed reports on maintenance activities and expenses.
