About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor serves as a vital bridge between engineering and operations, playing a key role in planning equipment installation and alterations. This position exists to ensure that all maintenance projects and repairs are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. You will be responsible for identifying and solving the leading contributors to downtime while proposing necessary upgrades to existing machinery.
In this role, you will lead by example, prioritizing duties through effective delegation. A core part of your day involves developing technical training and maintenance practices designed to eliminate downtime and improve employee morale. You will foster a collaborative team environment, motivate subordinates, and represent the maintenance department in broader departmental meetings.
