About the Role
This position is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of the complex electrical and control systems that power our modern production equipment. As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will bring a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving to a fast-paced industrial environment. You will partner with engineering and operations teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Work Environment
This role operates within a dynamic manufacturing setting, requiring hands-on interaction with production equipment. The position is based in Glenwillard, PA, and may involve varied shifts, occasional overtime, and responsiveness to operational needs to support our high-volume production goals.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute installation, integration, and maintenance of electrical control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and drives
- check_circleInterpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for system buildouts
- check_circleDiagnose and resolve issues within automated equipment and control circuits to minimize downtime
- check_circleSupport commissioning and startup of new machinery to ensure operational and safety standards
- check_circlePartner with engineering and operations teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, changes, and maintenance activities
- check_circleEnsure strict adherence to all applicable safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards
Requirements
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in industrial electrical systems with focus on control wiring and automation
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- verifiedAbility to read, interpret, and apply complex electrical and control schematics
- verifiedSolid understanding of motor controls, sensors, and low- and medium-voltage systems
- verifiedProven troubleshooting capability in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- verifiedTechnical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certification preferred
Nice to Have
Technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certification. Experience supporting highly automated or high-volume manufacturing environments. Familiarity with advanced diagnostics, robotics, or integrated production systems. A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on reliability and efficiency. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
