As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding their living environment. Your day will involve responding promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets, communicating clearly and professionally with both residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates, and ensuring all interior and exterior areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.

Schedule & Expectations
The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though paid rotating on-call participation is required. You must be available and prepared for emergency events, as the schedule is subject to change based on business needs. To succeed in this role, you will need an active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle, with the ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property. While one year of related experience is preferred, we value an equivalent combination of education and experience. HVAC, EPA, and CFC certifications are a plus.
