About the Role
As a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator, you will join a dedicated team of four Planners rotating duties at Terminal A's operation center, covering 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. This role serves as the primary contact for internal and external customers, providing daily support to the Facilities Management (FM) team and contractors.
You will be the first responder and investigator for technical issues in the building, coordinating efforts to recover operations and leading emergency technical response teams during critical incidents. Working alongside maintenance contract managers, you will oversee vendors and contractors while managing key building systems and small technical projects. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEstablish schedules and work orders for Planned Maintenance and inform stakeholders
- check_circleMonitor execution of PM Work Orders and validate data accuracy in the CMMS system
- check_circleLog and resolve events and incidents per SLAs using standard work order procedures
- check_circleOversee regular planned and ad-hoc inspections of terminal assets and building systems
- check_circleSupervise subcontractor performance in planned and reactive maintenance activities
- check_circleMonitor SCADA and building management system statuses to address faults via corrective work orders

Requirements
