About the Role

This position serves as the operational backbone for facility maintenance, ensuring that our infrastructure runs smoothly to support our production goals. You will be the primary point of contact for maintaining the facility's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), utilizing it to schedule and monitor maintenance work while tracing and documenting company assets.

Your day will involve entering precise maintenance data, generating reports on preventative maintenance and team utilization, and communicating critical information to management and relevant parties. You will collaborate with department supervisors to schedule work and create new procedures, ensuring that all data regarding employee time, overtime, project completion, and utility usage is accurate and readily available. By maintaining the accuracy of these records, you help leadership make informed decisions about downtime and operational efficiency.
