About the Role
The Maintenance Manager serves as the technical leader for our apartment communities, ensuring the highest standards of facility condition and resident satisfaction. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will be the expert on your community, guiding a team of maintenance professionals to deliver exceptional service. This role is vital for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties, from HVAC and plumbing systems to fresh paint and grounds keeping.
In this position, you will walk the community with your team, implementing scheduled maintenance, responding to service requests, and managing vendor relationships. You will build rapport with residents while directing the day-to-day operations that keep our communities in excellent condition. Your work ensures that every resident feels supported and that the property remains a place they are proud to call home.
