About the Role
The Fleet Maintenance Manager serves as a pivotal leadership figure, guiding maintenance employees and support staff to ensure all fleet service requirements are executed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. This position oversees the coordination of all activities related to maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and quality of workmanship for the fleet, building maintenance, and company-owned tools. Operating with a wide latitude for decision-making, the role demands both collaborative and independent judgment to keep operations running smoothly.
As a leadership role eligible for an annual 10% bonus, the manager is expected to foster a culture of excellence, developing employees through training, mentoring, and performance recognition. The position requires the ability to work independently while maintaining strong cooperation with team members, ensuring that safety policies are strictly followed and hazardous conditions are eliminated.
