This position is designed for an ambitious professional ready to take the next step in their career as a Customer Service Engineer 2. You will serve as a critical link between our advanced medical technology and the patients who rely on it. Your primary mission is to ensure the optimal performance of Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instrumentation at customer sites in the Greensboro/Winston Salem, NC, and Roanoke, VA area.
In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on AT & XP equipment with minimal supervision. Beyond technical execution, you will deliver timely repairs and provide operator training to ensure superior customer satisfaction. You will also manage financial performance within your territory, overseeing revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. Additionally, you will steward company assets, including vehicles and tools, while building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and peers.
