About the Role
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and performance efforts for equipment and facilities in the Syracuse, NY area. This role exists to bridge the gap between operational needs and technical execution, ensuring the plant runs efficiently through strategic planning and team leadership.
In this position, you will manage a diverse team of multi-craft technicians, planners, and administration personnel. Your day-to-day involves partnering with plant leadership to prioritize maintenance needs, conducting root cause analyses on reliability issues, and overseeing the development of preventive maintenance schedules. You will also be responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, managing MRO budgets, and utilizing CMMS tools to track performance metrics and optimize equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Reliability Engineering, or related field
- verified10+ years of maintenance management experience in an automated industrial setting
- verified5+ years experience with industrial controls programming and/or troubleshooting (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
