About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cary, NC. This role is designed for those with a spark for tinkering with electrical and mechanical components. You will operate on an overnight shift (6 PM to 6 AM) following a 2-2-3 12-hour schedule, with every other weekend off.

In this position, you will alternate between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair. A key part of your day involves deepening your knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) while maintaining a firm focus on creative problem-solving and clear documentation. You will analyze production equipment failures to perform root cause analysis, utilizing schematics and drawings to investigate and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors. Additionally, you will prioritize innovation by seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, maintaining an open dialogue with leads and supervisors regarding daily activities.
