About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, high-energy, and engaged hands-on Maintenance Director to join our fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for painting who thrives in a supportive setting.
In this position, you will ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities are maintained in good working order. You will operate in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations, while strictly following all health, sanitary, and infection control policies. Your work will help maintain the established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should apply directly to be considered for this full-time opportunity. Shifts are available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Wage is based on experience.
